Get a low sodium rub and rub mustard all of your ribs then apply rub heavily. Smoke them with your choice of wood til 165F. I like to wrap mine in foil with BBQ sauce when they reach 165F then take them off the smoker when they reach 200-210F. Let them rest for hour
