Why can't we get a proper pokemon anime? This is one of really bad things of this franchise - limiting shit to only one source.

Because the franchise is marketed towards children. And Japanese can't into lenticular design with cutesy colors and themes for children/deeper darker and thought-provoking undercurrents for adults like Pixar can very well.

Gamefreak has done it to us again. We all think one thing will happen, but they end up giving us the old curveball.
Pokemon Z Root and Z Squared are the latest installments of the Pokemon Franchise. The blue Core will be exclusive to Pokemon Z Root while Z Squared features the red core.
The names are inverses of each other for those that didn't catch that. Z Root (meaning "Roots" or the "X's" on a parabola as well as the "radical" sign) and Z Squared (meaning Z to the second power or the exponents on a parabola. This pertaining to the "Y" values.).
Didn't catch the second part of those names? Roots meaning "flowers" and Squared meaning "power".
More details will be revealed soon in December's Coro Coro.

Just as a side bonus, any Pokemon can fuse with you/cosplay. This can only occur through the process of Pokemon Amie; you must have max hearts on your Pokemon, as well have max friendship, max EVs, as well as be at certain spot at a certain time.
I've said too much already, but you guys will be surprised by the leaks coming in December. I guarantee it.

There is absolutely no chance Game Freak would include something that requires that much effort.
At best, they'd limit it to like 20-30 Pokemon. At most, the ones that can mega.
The fusion seems possible. It wouldn't be hard for GameFreak to make an "If, then" statement saying: If this pokemon does this, this, this, and this, then attach "hair,hat, jacket" to pokemon.

Are neutral natures (like Hardy) any good for in-game?
I know you can use anything in-game, but I figure something neutral would be good for some mixed attackers. Or is it better to sacrifice one of their defenses?

A human being is by default normal, yes? Because we do not have any specialized or elemental affiliation. Then we have trained human warriors, who would become fighting type. But they're still human. Normal/Fighting type.
The only place this makes sense is the abundance of Normal/Flying types instead of pure Flying types.
