Yep, I found it. It's from her "Wings" song released back in 2006. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJpU6KuS4xA#t=3m52s The segment starting at 3m52s. No clue if it's the true origin and it's actually from a stock collection somewhere, but this is the earliest use I've ever been able to find where the single came out early in 2006, so it does make sense.

No clue about what the "give me what I need" or the "are you ready?" samples are from, though.
