I play Pokemon for the sense of adventure, which is why RSE are my favorite games.
Thanks to the increase in graphical power of the GBA, for the first time Game Freak was able to make a region that looks extremely vibrant and varied. After pretty much every single gym you encounter a completely different biome from the ones you came from, making every gym you beat a treat, since you got to explore a new part of the region and had no real idea what to expect. This makes the sense of adventure and exploration way stronger than the other games in the series. I'll always love Hoenn.

Hoopa is finally being distributed over here in the US starting today at McDonalds across the country.
To get it, simply:

>Start up XY or ORAS
>Select Mystery Gift
>Get Via Internet
>Hoopa drops his hot load onto your game
Generally speaking if you're too autistic to go inside, you can reach the signal from outside at most smaller branches, usually by whatever side the kitchen is on (I don't know if that's where they keep the wireless signal or what but that's where I've had the most luck)

There's also a pretty neat set of Pokemon toys available: Pikachu (Little electric sparks on his clear tail), Lugia (wing flapping action), M-Latios (Shoots a projectile), Primal Groudon (a switch makes his head go back and his arms out), Wobuffet (a trigger opens and closes the mouth), Hoopa (throws little ring disc), Primal Kyogre (squirts water), and Fug (a button opens and closes the mouth)
Each figure has a card with it, there's 12 of them in all. So 8 toys, 12 cards means you'll need to double up with some.
No, you don't have to buy a happy meal to get a toy, most stores sell them separately although prices may vary (From 50 cents to $1.99). If you ask nicely, some stores may let you dig into the Master Case which has a few full sets of the whole line.
How to get a Hoopa if you don't want to go to McDonalds: Setup a router with the SSID "McDonalds Free WiFi" with no security, make sure your NA region 3DS can connect to this router and then go to Mystery Gift get via Internet to pick up your Hoopa.

Obviously the payload will break for your currently firmware, but should work as soon as you update, assuming you didn't fuck up. Don't try installing two payloads into Ironhax because it won't work, the part of the payload that's actually dependent on version is outside the saveslot so it'll be overwritten every time.
