How to progress in PTCGO, tl;dr edition:

It may be able to slow some things down in particular and it stacks with Head Ringer, but why do that when you've got the item-locking Trevenant around anyway? You can slow down anyone's deck that way.

What's bad about her? She's crazy as fuck, nearly doomed the world, completely misunderstands the core principles of her tribe, and gets away with it because she happens to be a strong trainer, until she fucks up and needs you to pull her hot pants out of the fire. She's not depicted as being "in the right." She's one of the most morally grey characters in Pokémon, doing bad things for a theoretically good cause with flawed methodology. She's an excellent character, if not necessarily a likeable one.
A bad character would be someone like Esuine, who is utterly one-dimensional, or Claire, who contributes nothing to the game but frustration. N is another good example.

Is Touhou Puppet Dance Performance allowed here? Full translation finally came out not too long ago and the game looks neat, instead of just being a Pokémon reskin they innovated on a lot of things and there is a lot of interesting combinations and "evolutions" to try. I don't really follow Touhou but looking at it just as a Pokémon spin off or something of that matter I've enjoyed it immensely.More than ORAS.

First, post your card here. You might need to edit and re-evaluate it so it's ready to go to the card gallery. And once there, our expert players will verify what cards will stay and what others need improvement. Keep in mind out goal is to create a fair and balanced game.

it was weird to me because in the anime im pretty sure you can teach any pokemon any move

>pokemon with levitate aren't allowed to have other abilities because it creates ambiguity where some of a floating pokemon can be hit by ground but some can't
