If you inject the wondercard into your game, it's exactly if you received the event from its legitimate source. You can even do this for foreign events, too.
Although if you want a foreign event to appear as legitimate as possible, you may need to edit the region modifier. For example, the Shiny Xerneas shouldn't say it originated on a North American 3ds in the state of Arizona.

PowerSaves was always a peice of shit, and is now an obsolete peice of shit now with full on save editing via Homebrew save managing apps. Even the obsolete spider injection RAM exploit is many times better than PS

That's one of their big problems. Another is the fact they won't let us add manual codes like all previous iterations of the Action Replay. PKHeX can generate codes, but it's basically useless if you can't use them. They could at the least make it so you can resign edited saves to your cartridge, but they keep it restricted to only PS edits.

Normally when I use ftb I open a folder and just type in the ip and port. Works wonderfully. Using it just a few moments ago and no problems.

Which FTP app are you using? I recall the old one (3DS-FTP or something) giving me problems if I didn't do everything fast, but the most recent FTBrony works fine if you can ignore the MLP shit, since I can't, I simply made my own edit, which was pretty simple to make and was way better than the other edit that allows you to use a custom image since it left literally everything else untouched.

The FTP apps often have trouble connecting, but just keep trying and it'll eventually connect.
Instead of typing the IP/port in a folder, you can also download WinSCP to move files, which I find more convenient to use.
I have a Dialgia and Palkia with hidden ability both are from the event and I injected the wondercard but I dont know why I cant trade them.

You can't, unless it's in an illegal Pokeball. If it's badly genned you can tell by looking at stuff like Egg Moves not being in the Relearn section, unchanged memories, friendship value in the memories not matching with the current value the Pokemon has or its base value, the TID and SID being the generic 12345-54321 respectively, unchanged Encryption Constant and PID, etc.

Your problem is probably you didn't change the region data back to Japan, since you injected the wondercard in an english game. View it in PKHeX and look at the bottom of the first tab. change the country and region to Japan, and the subregion to Tokyo or any option you want there.

Basically I would need to be able to use somekind of savedatamanager to be able to export fresh save and open it in pkhex to get new security value and then open my old save in pkhex and paste the new security value and game sync id and then import it to my sd card.
Someone has done this succesfully but he prolly didn't have updated ds so he could use save data manager while I can't (or can I?).

For now there's no way. You would need to delete the PGL data from your save, but nobody knows how to do it.

I never use them for battles so I really don't care about IVs or EVs on them. My only request is that they be non-shiny. If you're feeling extra generous I'm also looking to get any hidden ability, female starter in a premier ball. Again nature/IV/EV don't matter, I'm just using them for breeding
