How does your BBEG even Get an army of goons?
There are some main ones I can think of:

>Hire mercenaries
>Makes them himself
>Animates them himself
>Allies an evil race
I personally prefer BBEGs to hire mercenaries.
Well the BBEG for the campaign I'm going to run soon is a Hag so she makes a lot of them. Changeling daughters, constructs, aberrations, undead, etc. Aside from that she recruits a bunch of malicious fairies who need only be paid in the promise of being allowed to do horrible things to people.
He's the head of one of the biggest guilds in the hive, he has the money.

Broken how? Total power? I'd say Mage: The Awakening or Ars Magica, since it's kind of the point.
Broken in comparison to others due to rules? Pathfinder.
So, I've been putting way too much work into this.
First off comes the core game, and right after I'll upload Chuunibyou: the Arm-Grabbing, the expansion-cum-Player's Guide. I very nearly didn't write it because Japan lacks familiarity for a lot of players, but it was fun to write and there's some stuff I like in there.
As always, feedback is welcome (though we've already gone through "Japanophilia is overly specific" and "the view of fedoras is too caricatured" before), and really, any interest whatsoever is appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I don't think I can describe how flattered I'd be if someone playtested it.
And here's Chuunibyou: the Arm-Grabbing. It's firmly a beta as of now, though it should be perfectly playable - my main concerns are about balance, and that's usually fixable by listening to a bit of feedback. There's a bit of a whopper of a section about Japan in the beginning, but I felt it was necessary to provide context and make it playable for a lot of people.

You have to get inside the secretive Magi Coven to discover their secrets, to turn all the fragmented whispers into loud truths and finally giving all your life a meaning. Just after defeating and killing all your chrono-gladiator foes in the arena the Coven started to meditate if you were worthy of their inclusion, you were so close to your objective that you felt as if it were a solid object at the range of your grasping hands. Then the Nox Vox, a group of what seems to be heretic miners, used some drills to breach into the Academy where the Coven reunited and unloaded the fire of their crude slug weapons and powder charges to kill anybody who was in sight, their poorer technology made them into weak and poor enemies but the surprise of their attack and their sheer numbers were more than enough to deal a great toll.
The Nox Vox were eventually were driven back into the hole they came by with the use of the Laser turrets, Gun-Servitors and the Magii’s own exotic weapons. You, along with a couple of Bolter Servitors and the two persons that you hate most were tasked with going after them and hunting them down. At first you declined, you weren’t part of their strange club and hence you didn’t have any real responsibilities with their own agenda. Thanks to that attitude and their desperate situation they left the rituals and ceremonies away and made you a member ipso-facto.
Thanks to your old knowledge of Omega-Drilling driving you were able to take one of the Drills that the attacking group had left behind and followed them into the underground bowels were they came from. After descending your group and you reached a massive underground cavern that housed what appeared to be an abandoned Fabricatorium.

On top on the Fabicatorium’s roof a young girl, no more than seventeen years old made her appearance, despise her looks and young age she seemed to be the leader of that group. You looked around and saw silhouettes with torches, equipment made from weaponized mining tools or scrap metal and countless of powder grenades and Molotov cocktails.

They were afraid of you, they had personally called you Death more than once, maybe this wasn’t a simple terrorist attack but a failed assassination attempt at your persona. Could her attempt to dialogue be a trap? Very possibly but she hasn’t ordered her men to attack you yet. Even with their crude weapons their numbers might be high enough to actually destroy your stolen drill and you. You better be careful.
“Stay there, I’ll go talk with her.”
You whisper as you stand from the pilot’s seat and head backwards to the rear exit.
“Woah what the fuck do you think you are doing you little brat?”
“It’s simple. If she want’s to talk with me, I’ll comply and chat. If she wants to fight, I’ll comply and kill her…”
After saying so you left the vehicle and got on top of it to become completely visible for her.

Recently saw it on kickstarter and I'm very tempted to pledge but I'm a lot more curious about the system than what information is provided.
My group mainly plays Traveller if that'll help describe the transition from that to Wurm.

It's pretty clear that Malcador IS the Emperor, guys. The corpse on the throne is Malcador and also the reason why the Emperor hasn't been seen - Emp's was just a very powerful hallucination that Malcador forced on people.

An Immortal maid, starved and half mad with hunger and lack of stimulation, locked and chained in a dark basement room, surrounded with signs and warnings that they are never, ever to be released, and advising not talking to them, not feeding them, not interacting with them etc.
Mess with your players sense of empathy, have them beg and sob and plead... But also for always to keep them on edge, for there to be something unsettling about them.
Have they ever been shown to interact with with any of the chaos gods? Also how big would a WAAAGGH have to be to generate enough energy for them to rip the walls of reality and gits in the material world.

The Setting:
The planet is most similar to Earth during the late Cretaceous Period. A recent cataclysmic cosmic event has left most of the planet barren and devoid of life. Solar radiation bombarded the planet, irradiating the seas and destroying almost all of the plant and animal life in and the water and on dry land. More than 99.9% of all the water on the planet had become uninhabitable and undrinkable for thousands and thousand of years to come (24 hour real time.) What little safe water there is has become extremely precious. Only six unique species survived the cataclysmic event: a small moss-like organism, a large fern-like organism, and four similar reptile-like organisms from the same order.
You now have to make a campaign based on BLAME!, what system do you use and what would be the central themes/activities of the sessions?
I'd use the BLAM! system and my campaign would be an exploration sandbox and horror survival. Basically DayZ in The City and robutts.
I'd use Amber Diceless and the central theme would be wandering around vast, empty hellscapes and riding the tram for like 800 years.

Trust me, I'd be the first one to shut that shit down. Is it any different to an Orc or Dwarf thread? It's been a long time since you've been to your uncle's house. You remember being over their house almost all the time when you were a child, Even playing with your cousin all the time. "What was his name again?..." Try as you might, you just could not remember his name. "I wonder what he is doing now..." You think to yourself.
It wasn't until you moved to the city because of your father's work that you lost contact with them. "I wonder how they are doing now?" It wasn't until about 2 years ago that you heard from your uncle again. On a business trip to the city, he stopped by your house.
It was there that you mentioned you wanted to go to a prestigious school back in his home town. Almost immediately he told you. "If you ever need a place to stay, come knocking at my hotel!" Just like that you got a place to stay.
Now that you have been accepted to that university, it was time to take advantage of your uncle's offer. To stay at his hotel for free while you study at the university of your choice.

Just then, you start to hear a girl wake up on the next row of seats. "When did she get there?" You get startled. The train car was completely empty before...

Walking over to the empty seat beside her you stick out your hand. "Yo! How are you?" You give her a friendly smile. "The train is pretty empty huh..." You try and make conversation with her but she ignores you. Little by little you start to feel a bit pressured. Then you stick out your hand and try and introduce yourself. "My name is Ichika."
To your horror, she just looks at you with what seems to be disgust. Then she turns her head away while saying "Hmmpph!" You start to feel rejected. The first thing you felt was frustration.

You didn't really have that much of a luggage, the only thing you brought was a knapsack filled with a couple of shirts, underwear and pants. You were hoping that the moment you get there you could ask your aunt or uncle to show you the nearest shopping mall.

Summon demons with jaunty, christmas-y carols and lots of dancing. Also, compete against each-other to do the most grossest possible thing to the cleanest/purest possible people/animals/buildings/etc. Have fun, with the knowledge that everything that happens will eventually be undone, and that every achievement will lose meaning as the centuries grind on.
