Please help. Long story short, im a dumbass who sort of fucked up with a test cycle around a year ago. Fucked up as in didnt do my pct right or use my AI right, so yeah as you can see i developed mild gyno as a result. Really started bothering me around 2 months ago, its not just puffy nips. I feel the lumps. Luckily this is not a bad case, right? Its also not the best pic. The gyno is more obvious depending on what angle you are looking at.

if you do this every day for a week you will maintain good health, as long as your diet is good and you add in 2 hours of cardio a week. There are no gains to be made with this, unless you are very weak to begin with.

you're crashing into the hole without proper bracing and your form is collapsing because of it, and your lower back is picking up the slack. Watch Alan Thralls squat video, specifically the part about bracing. You dont want to breathe through the movement.
