How much time of cardio do you do?

A fast paced walk on the treadmill maybe twice a week after my workout for about 25 min.
I commute to work by bike every day. So an hour/day.
5+ hours a week cycling

my left wrist hurts as if i had RSI from last week. i was only able to work out once due to work
(back on my regular routine of 5 times a week).
but when i try to curl normally with one hand (or even lift anything that has a flat surface) my wrist just aches on the left side of the wrist on my left arm. i think i may have fucked up on the form with Forearm Dumbell Curls
to keep it safe i bench press with my warmup weight of 40kg and pump out 10x10 (normally i do 6x5 50kg) and do curls with the 10kg (maybe 15kg>)
will my wrist heal? will i have...

Mike (The holy king of /fit/) Patton used to heal up pretty fast because he would sprint into the ocean and catch fish. The body reacts extremely positively to the mixture of HIIT immediately followed by protein.

Which burns more calories?
I've found numerous websites that indicate one or the other.

Like all cardio, it depends on intensity and time. If I had to choose I would go with swimming because running sucks ass.
Swimming. You need full body motion in addition to steady breath control, plus being submerged in cold water requires a metabolic output to maintain your body temperature.
Also, swimming is much less damaging to your joints. Literally the only reason people run more than swim is because of a lack of availability.

Mike_KingOf/fit/_Patton used to do both - hence the incredible physique haha xD - he would tie weights to himself and swim as long as he could, then he would run back to shore underwater.
Is being a manlet actually that bad? I think most of /fit/ exaggerates the importance of height. I'm 5'9" and I get laid just as much, if not more, than any of my tall friends do.

What's the deal about Lundgren and his brain. I've heard it before that he is supposedly a genius. But the only information that I can find is that he has a master's degree in chemical engineering. That is admirable but not very extraordinary.

You have a noob gain period where you can get both by just lifting, eating healthier and exercising. Try lifting with a deficits diet and plenty of cardio for at least a year, your body fat should be able to sustain your progress for a long time. After a year you can make the decision to either cut hard or focus more on strength.
It has been 2 weeks since I last lost weight, and as a matter of fact went up 600 grams (1 pound) today.
Food intake and exercise has been monitored., noting has changed.
Total to this date I have lost 68 kg (150 pounds) been doing it for a year already.
I swim for cardio 1hr errday.
Taking 1 or 2 days rest. depending on how tired I feel.
Took some caffeine gum (100 mg) to help me with motivation since after a year of continuous cardio, i find it boring as fuck and I can't stand it without having the high I get from it.
