So recently I've been feeling a bit shitty. I literally do art and programming all day and due to this my physical activity is fictitious. My chest hurts/tingles constantly (probably a mix due to GERD and stress) and my S7 reads 105 on the heart monitor so I feel I need to do some excercise.
What are the best exercises I can do at home/outside to hopefully bring down my heart rate? The nearest gym is more than an hour away so I don't have any tools to particularly use. I've cut out all caffeine and most sugar as of recent, and I plan to start running, but...

You could pay a couple extra dollars a gallon to get lactaid or the generic Meijer lactose free milk. It's honestly better to not drink milk at all if you're that lactose intolerant. It will make you lose out on gains actually because you're just shitting out water. It's important to digest your food.

I don't owe them anything. I told them tonight by the time I'm 30 I will take every single penny they've earned from them for treating me how they did for 20 years.
I will not help them at all and the moment I'm finished college they are dead to me, I will never speak or have anything to do with my family the day I graduate, I'll never ever speak to them after that day.
they're definitely more healthy than me. eat great, both cycle, mom used to teach pilates etc.

Because steroids don't work like that like. A lot of professional bodybuilders recommend staying natty as long as you can to build a "base" so that when you get off the juice you don't shoot back down to a skinny fag.

You will lose your gains after you come off and stay off for an extended period of time. That and the fact that your test levels may not come up to where they were before the cycle. For most people that may not be the case, but it can still possibly force you to take TRT the rest of your life.
can we get a motivational thread that has a little bit more depth than one liners and quotes specifically about lifting weights? Anything that motivates you to keep going, or stuff that makes it all seem worth it to you. Even just little realizations and shit.
The girl I'm infatuated with seems indifferent to me so I'm losing some of my drive to lift or play rugby. So currently my main source of motivation is just distraction by occupying all of my free time with training or other hobbies.
