Is there any reason at all to train this? At all? Maybe I'm not seeing things clearly, because the only thing I can see is isometry for the biceps, some forearm parts and wrists.

In every squat thread ever, this is everyone's diagnosis, and it's usually wrong. Buttwink is not nearly as big a deal as /fit/ makes it out to be.
Also, OP, it would help if we had a squat video, preferably from multiple angles.

Do mobility work.
Do more third world squatting until you get comfortable.
If you have terribly strong traps, if you strengthen them and make them grow, can they help scapula stabilizing? Can having strong traps help with anterior shoulder pain? Can they keep the shoulders down and back at all? Does it have anything to do with shoulders?

The tongue is a muscle, right? Is there any way to get gains with it? I don't really know what it would be good for, but I want to train all the muscles of my body and aside from my sphincter and stuff this is all I can think of.
Why ? It doesn't really provide any advantage as long as it works properly. If you want to train your jaw I'd recommend Falim gum. Otherwise, maybe do tongue to roof of mouth exercise?

Turns out what I thought was the correct form wasn't. I though I was squatting 2pl8 (6 months in), but I was really doing close to lmao1.5pl8. I need to do better.
Who else fucked up their forms but corrected it later on?

I woke up this morning, browsed then chan for a bit, then went to the gym. I picked up my roommate from work on the way back from the gym. When we got home, my laptop was sitting on the coffee table with my motivation folder open. It's basically a collection of a bunch of near naked men flexing in a mirror that ive saved from users on here.

Everyone should use a scale and track calories accurately for like a week or two, until your caloric estimation is on point.
If you look at a meal, and dont know roughly (to wihin 100kcal margin of error) how many kcals it is, you should track calories.
I track calories on a cut. I never track calories on a bulk which is probably why my bulks end up being dirty and sub-optimal :(
