I live in the california central valley. Ive heard we have the worst air pollution in the world, or at least in competition for last place.
I decided last week to start up a light regimen since ive been mostly sedentary for a few years. But running in the streets is nauseating. I never really noticed back when i was a kid because all my workouts indoors. Breathing tastes like dirt and machine and pollen all choking me to death.

I find that carbs only work for me pre workout. I don't count or check my calories/macros like a retard. Cavemen & Women were athletic and built for their knowledge on nutrition and listening to one's body. If you're in tune with your body you know exactly how much carbs and fats you require.
Use carbs as preworkout so something sits in your stomach while you exert like an animal. Reduce carbs overall for cutting.

Plenty of people run every day, and you can too. Just take it super slow when you're starting. Spend a half hour every morning just walking, then after a few weeks work up to a faster walk, then a slow jog, etc
