Ok, /fit/, what is the best way to tone the upper body?
I've been doing serious curls, chest presses of many forms, chest flys, as well as numerous agility workouts that are ab workouts and chest workouts..
Yet I have little spots of "flab" on my chest and stomach. I'm not fat, I'm in well shape. However, my upperbody is nothing close to being toned and being close to pic related.
Some of my friends take steriods and tone up in a coupe weeks, but I'm not going down that road. What is a way I can really tone my upper body, both...

There was this chick at my gym today with one best asses I've ever seen, doing like 8 sets of squats for 6 reps. I'm not saying that is the most efficient, but if it's all that chick is doing, then it's definitely working. Also saw her doing lunges when I left.

ive been going to this gym for 9 months and been keeping myself to myself
Recently a lot of people started to talk to me during my training and I don't even know why.
Keep to myself, I'll say hello to those I've seen for some time.
I can't really talk to anyone if I could because I'm on a time limit, hit the gym and off to work.
Really really hate talking at the gym.
Not trying to act cool or brag but IM one of the biggest dudes there. I constantly get little lost looks like they expect me to talk to them.
I give nods and move on. IM there to work out. Even hot chicks I tend to ignore because guys who sit arund and gawk at girls annoy the fuck out of me.
I'm planning to do my first cycle, I've been lifting for 2 years, and I'm 22yo, it will be 10 weeks long, but I don't know if this would do:
Sustanon 500mg per week
Deca 400mg per week
Tamoxifen 20mg starting on week 2 finishing on week 10.
And as pct Clomid, I would start 10 days after the last shot, 100mg daily for 7 days, and then 50mg for 2 more weeks.
Also, my diet, would it be okay to consume about 700kcal above maintenance, with a 45%carbs, 30%protein, 25% fat?
About training, I'm clueless about how should I train...

I would recommend a Test only first cycle so you can gauge how your body reacts to just Test.

Arimidex 0.25-0.5 mg eod starting week 2

How can you stand across from a man like Kimbo Slice with gyno? I just don't understand it. Towards the beginning of the semester I started working out a lot more (first time away at college) and ended up getting really bad jock itch on my inner thigh. I narrowed it down to the new underwear I'd bought (boxers that aren't 100% cotton), got rid of them, and started cleaning / drying it a lot daily. The burning / itching went away in a matter of days and it started subsiding a lot.

I did two "cycles" of lotrimin, i noticed stuff peeled off after the first but there was still a red mark where it was so i thought it was still there. long story short Im pretty sure that there is still discoloration after the fungus is gone, cause i stopped treating it a year ago and it hasnt come back. btw you dont get jock itch just from working out and sweating its a fungus you catch.
Jock itch is just a fungus, and it will spread. Go buy an antifungal or go to the doctor. Look for anything with Amphotericin B in it, and odds are it'll rid it. If you get a subscription, finish the bottle, don't stop taking once you can't see it.
