However, there's something a lot more important that goes unnoticed. It's like a hidden gain. You don't notice it immediately, but it's there.
You start to shoot a lot farther. I'm talking basically doubling your distance. I've practically added 2 feet to how far I can shoot now, which IMO is a substantially more satisfying...

Hello friends.
Why does my ass get so sore while doing deadlifts? I don't feel it in my hamstrings, quads, lower back (except for the first few warm up reps and never while going heavy), or traps. The next day my traps and hamstrings are generally the most sore, with no soreness in my lower back area.
What is the dealio, as my friends whose lives matter would say?

Hello I'm trying to start weight lifting with two 5kg dumbbells.
What kind of exercises can I do for start?
I don't need flashy muscles, just more raw strenght in my upper and lower body.
I have read the sticky but apparently you need a gym for that.

Buy gymnastic rings, a pull up bar and a dip station. Cheapest homegym and you can get really strong.
Or go to a gym up to you.
Duct tape the weights to your ankles indefinitely and walk around.

Most gym exercises (deads, squats, bench, shoulder press) can be simulated with dumbbells
