8-10, prob 9 on average.
My housemate/gym buddy only sleeps like 4-6 hours and some how still makes gains, so its possible.
I eat really well. I exercise daily.
I sleep 3-4 hours nightly and it's hell. I toss and turn for hours before I can sleep.
I don't even use medication for things like fever or headaches. Drug-free as someone can be. Seriously considering sleeping supplements for the first time though. I cannot shut my brain off.

I took ssri and benzo for OCD. It didn't do anything except make me really fucking weird and pretty lethargic. Glad to be off them; wish they had worked better.
Also: Fuck psychiatrists.
I take welbutrin and Zoloft for my life long major depressive disorder. Haven't had any major episodes in awhile and the side effects are pretty non-existent.

Also is it bad to deadlift and squat if you have mild scoliosis and mild degenerative disc disease? Can it make it worse?
Barbell rows
Just hold it as long as possible after the last rep. Try doing it for time. You'll se your grip strength increase very quickly - from 10 second holds to 30 seounds then a full minute.
Do more reps with deadlift and lower the intensity. You need lots of practice to perfect your technique. 1x5 is not gonna cut it if you are a novice. Pull as much as you can recover from.

Is there any reason at all not to roid your nads off once you hit 50 or 60? You've already made it as good as you ever, ever will, it's all downhill from there, dropping test levels means your gains will be slowly disappearing as you put on fat, your sex drive will be plummeting while your wife's will be at its peak, and the health risks don't even matter that much since you've already got one foot in the grave anyway.

So I have been going to the gym since October. I started at 238 almost 240. Now I'm 220. But I have been dodging supplements because I don't know what's in them and I constantly hear rumors about things that are dangerous like someone told me Mercury chemicals for steroid I don't know my question is should I start taking supplements?
