prob because you are eating the cheapo cuts. get yourself a high quality grass fed ribeye and be amazed. shits better than filet. The reason a lot of steaks get a bad rap is because of of the bullshit they serve at most restaurants that they try to pass off as steak. Even the steakhouse restaurants are very questionable. Nothing pisses me off more than going to Logans or something and ordering a $33 ribeye and it being a complete piece of shit.
