Alright lads, I'm thinking of getting my mum some high end stuff for Christmas but I don't really know where to start. I reckon extra virgin is the way to go but I'm pretty much stumped from there.

After visiting Japan, i became a huge fan of curry. Today, I made some. Its pretty close in flavor to my favorite Japanese curry restaurant.

Has anyone made these before? All the recipes I find have different ratios for the jelly, sauce and meat balls.
Some recipes call for bbq sauce, some use Heinz chili sauce. And what kind of jelly? I have seen grape and jelled cranberry sauce.

Step 1: reconsider life choices; there is no such thing as a good microwave brownie
>4 tbs butter
>2 tbs cocoa powder
>1 egg
>1/2 cup of sugar
>4 tbs all purpose flour
>little pinch of salt
I have no idea if this will work or not but this is your typical brownie recipe scaled down to fit in a big coffee mug. I've done deep dish cookie recipes that take about 60 seconds in the microwave, this should work the same way.
