Weirdly enough, I am in love with pre-made Pizza Dough I get at PickNSave.
I make it super thick, add corn meal to the bottom, and cook it so it's nice and chewy.

In the US this is called a grilled cheese and is usually made with Kraft singles, in Australia it is called a cheese on toast, and is usually made with Coon brand cheese

In Denmark we just call it toast. Usually made with ham and any kind of cheese really, cause we actually have a wide selection.
I like using bread dipped in egg and ham with mine. But it's been a long time. A little Dijon to give it a zip.
