Coffee is shit. If you don't make it tolerable with cream & sugar, it's bitter shit. If you let it get cold, it's bitter shit. There is literally no reason to drink coffee. There's a handful of reasons not to, though. You're literally steeping seeds into water for a cocktail of heavy metals and pesticides, and it's making you demented.
Now tea, tea's the shit. tea's where it's at. Tea's gone cold, you're wondering why? Doesn't matter. it's just as delicious as a hot brewed cup, perhaps even moreso....

How long can I keep a burrito in my backpack before it's definitely going to give me diarrhea? I hit the gym then go to the library most days, I need a big meal right after the gym so I figure a burrito is a good idea. Does anyone have other suggestions? The goal is something with tons of protein and around 1200 calories

Think rice is the problem. I had rice-based leftovers in my bag for about 9 hours on Monday, finally got round to eating it and have felt bloated ever since.

I'm mexican and i've never never eaten cheese dip in my entire life.
I'm American and that looks like a good chile con queso recipe. Make sure you use sharp cheese because the flavor mellows out once it's melted.
