I have come into an opportunity to start a tea farm for a variety of plants. The main crop is Yerba Mate. I've done a lot of research but have a few questions left unanswered. I'm waiting on call backs from other distributors and manufacturers but was curious to know if anyone here could help me out faster. I'm intermediate when it comes to tea but I've always wanted to do this and I'm considering heavily this change in my life.

1) How many ounces can you harvest from a tree per month and year?
2) How often can you harvest?
3) What is the best way to process the leaves without destroying its nutritional benefits?

Generally I've found English cheeses to be really good quality but this one tastes only a little better than the kinds of cheese that come from Wisconsin. My only experience with cooking has been with popcorn, rice, pasta with no sauce and potatoes. I don't really have experience with meat even though I really want to make hamburgers today.
Can you fu/ck/s give me your best hamburger recipes and how to make them. Don't mind too much the ingredients as I myself am not sure what we have, but I'm sure can substitute things.
Also I preferable won't want recipes that require over night marination as I want to do this today, unless they're really good.
