Sup everyone. I made my first batch of stuffed peppers ever. Its actually my first time cooking ever. I made it with ground beef, corn, taco seasoning, black beans, salsa and rice with a cup of cheese. How do you guys think it turned out? Any suggestions to make it better? Good seasonings to use? Any and all criticism welcomed. Dont be too harsh though lol

Hose it down, then let it hang for a day or three. Remember only to wash it as soon as you get it home.

Got an 18 y/o french red for christmas from a family friend, holy shit Ive never tasted something so mellow and mature. Found some 8y/o red for less than 10€, but it was just....strong, thick, heavy.
Not really a wine person though, I dont follow the brands. I mix 2 parts budget (NOT the cheapest) prosecco with 1 part OJ. Perfect sipper, great buzz, no hangovers.
