Been thinking of giving up vegetarianism.
I started in high school because I was shocked by how animals were treated and I thought it would be healthier, but now that I am more mature and educated on it I've realized that so long as its local its usually ok treatment and health wise. I've been veggie 5 years so how should I reintroduce meat to myself?

Long answer: in order to meet healthy nutrition requirements whilst not overdoing your intake of trans fats and saturated fats, it's possible, but not easy.
