The backgrounds actually look fine in-game, I was pretty put off by the screenshots and so forth but it's pretty unnoticeable once I started actually playing.
It's taken me at least 5 tries to beat every boss besides the first one, Abyss Watchers, Yhorm, and Sulyvahn. I've played and completed every other game in the series.
Are people really beating the bosses on their first attempt?

So far i have died to the boss in anal londo more than once, and the watchers took me 4 attempts.
That boss in anor londo is ridiculous one shots you with her bow, and dont have enough stamina to escape the 10 seconds of constant fire.
Any tips? only part i am struggling with i am SL52

Yeah, sure
I'm on my 5th attempt with Dancer. I have 1300 HP but her attacks still take out about a third of my health bar per swing.
So I played a few matches and it seems fine.

Just got off playing Bloodborne.
Grinding in that game to experiment with new trick weapons is horrible. The scholar-jellies don't stagger at all and having to suffer through two loading screens to reset the area sucks. I'm going to search for a better way.
I don't want to use the Hunter's Axe for another entire playthrough, I already did that once.
