Getting reps in with these decks and optimizing a couple mainboard choices, and a few sideboard cards.

Might buy some new JTMS and FoW after Eternal Masters is released to finish Miracles (w/o the proper duel lands).
Gone But Not Forgotten Edition
Discuss the lore and mechanics of the Warcraft setting in relation to tabletop gaming

>Arthas is a huge dick when his servants fail, but he usually praises the ones that do well
one of the things I really like in Warcraft is how very few of the villains are pointlessly evil. Even the ones that get lolcorrupted generally act in entirely reasonable ways, and even the greatest villains in the universe mostly show loyalty to their underlings
So since all the Burning Legion is showing up, any demons you'd like to see again?
I'd like to see the return of those two bosses in Arcatraz, the Wrath-Scryer Soccothrates and Dalliah the Doomsayer this time teamed up.

Well, we know the Eredar Twins from Sunwell Plateau are coming backas the warlock's base minions.

The games I backed, so Scythe and Conan, though I want to get a hold of Liberty or Death that I believe is having a reprint. Anyone know of a good way to get non-Twilight Struggle GMT games in the UK?

I've gotten out of the whole "cult of the new" bullshit, so the most hype I'll get is "Oh, that might be fun"
>what player archetypes compose your regular group
You know those two players who will go after each other for no apparent reason? Odds are, I'll be one of them

I'm getting close to 40 games, and that's pretty much my tipping point (some of them are tiny...

Is your sun god a girl, or a boy(female)?
>>47454787
The sun god is distant and alien, and does not listen to prayers. Mortals on the earth have to make do with a variety of powerful spirits of sunlight that are much more personable.

Is your post a thinly-veiled fetish shitpost, or trolling(thinly-veiled fetish shitpost)?
Are Experience Points outdated?
Depends.
XP in a level less system is fine.
XP to gain levels is super outdated, especially when levels take the same amount of XP.
Not enough data for a meaningful answer.
>>47452148
I'm inclined to think the exact opposite. The whole combination of "pick thing to give you extra points/dice, spend advancement points on it alone" really doesn't lend towards a good play experience.
If you're not going to use class/levels, you're better off probably just having a amateur vs professional binary state for raw numbers/dice, and then if you can further improve it, something like nwod fighting merits (but generalized for not just combat) stuff that produces more varied...

A lich isn't an immortal Mage. A lich is a Mage who achieved immortality through abhorrent, hubristic ways.

Really says a lot about the Tremere then, doesn't it?

>Because almost every route involves doing harm to others, or turns you into something less than human that ultimately drives you crazy
Okay. For example, how does turning oneself into spirit or Temenos mage harm others? Or weaving Life-prolonging spells into a body?
After finishing a campaign set in the Forgotten Realms, I decided to make my own setting for the next game. Building the lore is great and all, but I'm having trouble even starting the map. How does tg create landscapes?
Also Generic Homebrew thread
>>47442631
I usually google around until i find a map i want, got a couple maps now.
but when i need a specific shape i use inkarnate
I'd suggest taking an already existing nation, flip it 180 degrees and then use that as an outline.
Guess which nation I used here's.

At some point, Magic will do a return block for Theros.
If you were in charge of such a block, what would you do to make it better than the original?
>>47442479
Have a mechanic akin to Investigate that creates Worship tokens, that are enchantment tokens.
Each Worship token has 'sacrifice 5 worship tokens, search your library for a God card and put it onto the battlefield.'
In addition to passive bonuses, each God has an ability that interacts with Worship tokens, such as spending them to deal damage or spending them to return a creature from the graveyard to the battlefield until end of turn.
Have the set be about all of the shit having...

Make it less under powered, and have some more creative mechanics. Otherwise, I think Theros block was a flavor home run and had solid art direction. So it doesn't need much work there.
Story wise, Elspeth comes back as an Angel Planeswalker.
make it an actual enchantment block
make the enchantments not 50% garbage
tada!also leave elspeth dead. not even a returned, just regular dead. never mentioned again
Are there in Warhammer Fantasy female Chaos Warrior and Champions?
>>47440822
All dead in the End Times. By the time Age of Sigmar came around the Gods were disappointed by their weakness and did not bother again.
>>47440822
Sure, why not.
We've all seen medieval fantasy cultures based on Britain, Germany, France, Russia, and so on. What would a medieval fantasy culture based on the United States be like?
Andoran from Pathfinder
>>47440333
The issue is that there is no data on what that might be like. You could take the current United States culture and potentially imagine what you might get if you nuked the US back to the stone age and then let them redevelop to medieval level of tech.
Indians
How do you feel about skimpy outfits in RPGs? Scourge, not an issue, or totally fine?
For me personally as long as there's some motivation behind it and isn't just "BECAUSE" then it works.
Depends on the setting and the tone of the game.
>>47436183
This. Also, it should be something everyone at the table is comfortable with.
In RPG's they're as skimpy as the person describing them makes them. It should not really be a problem unless it thematically makes sense or your GM is jerking off to someone's character

My name is Cecile, and I'm sixteen years old. I already thought my life was odd, what with my parents having moved halfway across the country for their new job and leaving me in the care of my older sister... but then my best friend went and had a book shipped to my house that ended up giving me superpowers.
Thanks to said superpowers, I've been dragged into all sorts of horrible situations, the latest of which involves a masked thief who wanted revenge against me for killing a friend of his.
But hey, at least this one didn't end in me having to...

This is comfortable.
Warm and soft against my face, with the nicest fragrance... but at the same time, it's kind of hard to breathe. That difficulty is actually what causes me to finally rouse from my slumber and open my eyes.
And the first thing I see is a lovely pair of melons mushed all up in my face. And at my back, I can feel Charlotte's arms holding my face right into her cleavage. No wonder I was having trouble breathing.
