Welcome to the thread for d20 station, a rules light Space Station 13 server.

It's a 2D top down atmospherics simulator with who dun it gameplay layered on top. Each crew member aboard the station has a specific job to perform, while a select few are selected to be traitors or antagonists (assasain/spy/thief).

So what's the best way to get yellow gloves? I can find a pair in the tool room across the bar but those don't seem to help against shocks

they can be found in yellow toolboxes sometimes as well, and if all else fails, latex gloves give you a partial resistance to the electrical damage, and can be easily acquired in medbay
Help me /tg/, I need pics of magic/fantasy rifles.
I am going to be doing my first D&D session later on today and have my eyes set on the Paladin. On the surface he is everything I want in a class: durable/tanky, wears plate armour and utilizes shield and swords.
Problem is when I read through the description it sounds like upholding justice is their #1 motivation and I can't think much else besides a goody two shoes or an overzealous justice fanatic akin to a Witch Hunter.
What other personalities could I give to provide me some more breathing space in regards to motivations, character flaws and so on?

By the book in 5th edition the paladin doesn't have any alignment restrictions now.
Play whoever you want and just use the Paladin class features.

That's fine. The GM was pretty liberal in his explanation on what he was looking for, so I don't think the alignments are going to be followed too strictly.
My main issue is coming up with a character who isn't too farfetched like "Hammer Mc Hammerson" with his big hammer of smashiness, but isn't too heavy cause, since we're all beginners I think we're all going to be deers in headlights.

This seems good. D&D doesn't lend itself to subtlety, though, so I could see this being particularly fun if your character has a habit of struggling with these violent tendencies aloud.

Not really. This shit is cyclical: The roaring 20s was the height of sexual freedom. Then there was WWII, and everything went back to normal. After that, there was the Summer of Love, which became the Autumn of Discontent and the Winter of Selling-Out Big Time.
