Your eyes open, and it's nighttime. You try to move your arms, legs, anything, but to no avail. You glance down at your body, and catch a glimpse of its bloody, mangled form. your . Your eyes move back to looking skyward as you exhale. Death is surprisingly cold and painless. Wondering what the point of regaining consciousness before dying is, and how beautiful the stars are, you hear voices speaking. Funny that your hearing even works at this point.
"My deepest apologizes madam. I'm afraid I've soiled your dinner, and on such an important evening no less."
"It's quite alright Gerald. It's not like this is the one time a year I actually ask to have my meals fresh. Besides, he doesn't look like he would have tasted that good anyway."
"Again, I am extremely sorry. Would you like to fetch you some AB-, virgin, from the kitchen?"
"I suppose so. And while your down there..."
You can't tell if the speakers started whispering or your ears are simply starting to fail. The second voice is feminine, annoyed, and unknown to you. However, you recognize the first voice, Gerald, from earlier today.
~Earlier Today~
The rhythm of your bag mixes with that of other bags, along with the sounds stereotypical of an airport. All around you are people walking, running, waving, hugging, kissing, crying, and more. Ahead you see some men holding signs with names. One of them, a rather tall man with grey hair and a mustache as immaculate as his three-piece suit, holds a sign that has yours. What does it say?

When I was a boy I saw paradise.
It was a hololog of the beforeworld. Pillars of concrete and glass and flowing water everywhere. People. More than I have ever seen or will ever see, moving together as kurod-ants herd toward their homeholes.
There are legends I have heard. Some call them lies, and others gospel. Liars and hucksters, adventurers and fools, the pious and fanatical, they all speak of The Fountain. A source of eternal fresh water. The last source, still untainted by the salt storms or the faustworms or the bitter taste of Lalem root. Many have made the pilgrimage to the far north, seeking a taste of the pure water. Some return halfway. Others are never heard from again and still more die on the path.
When I was a boy I saw paradise. And that vision sears my soul even now, because I have only ever dwelt in hell. But no more. Today I have decided to make the sacred pilgrimage to the The Fountain. Maybe I'll die, maybe I'll return with a hung head and a missing arm, as Guard Kiksput did, maybe I'll never return. Yet, I would do all of those things than die here, knowing only the bitter taste of root-water..

Dvorak the Dwarven Blacksmith and Adlap the Elven Enchantress stand at the end of the Abandoned Mine right outside of Drump City. They've finally washed Potato Sack Jerry, so that he doesn't stink anymore. He's still sitting outside the cave in the water basin, tripping on the not-quite-hyper-addictive Vub Berry Duck Soap. Now only a lingering odor sits at the front of the cave.
It's kinda dark in here. Adlap casts a light spell. There's some wooden support beams in front of them, a spooky skull off to the side, and what looks like some half-buried mine tracks up ahead.
Adlap complains that the cave is probably dangerous from being abandoned so long, probably from monsters inside and also from collapsing.

Leo found himself standing out in an open field. Standing beside him, he could see his friends, His comrades, Duncan, Lisa, and Thea. In an instant, casual appearances blurred and changed, and they now stood facing forward fully prepared for battle. Looking across the field of green, Leo could see the great tree once more. Its bark, Blackened with corruption. The sky ran red with death, as swirling black clouds flowed to and from the top of the Great tree. That deadly tower stood fixed in the middle of carnage and chaos. The human army clashed with the demonic horde of flesh and metal, as the battlefield rang out with the sounds of death.
The party began to move. Duncan took charge as he pounced upon every foe in their wake, spearing them from a distance and rending their hearts in one mighty blow. Lisa rained down arrows of fire, igniting their enemies in the air, keeping the group safe from any aerial dangers looking to sweep in from above.
Thea charged her spells, and let loose intense bolts of lighting, obliterating the mightiest of enemies that walked into their path, And once they stood before the tower, Leo lead the charge inside, cutting down every monstrosity blocking their path to the portal above. Silver sword in hand, He stood before the portal. A floating figure was seen in front of the portal, floating from the ground with arms of bone. As it lifted its head, it had the face of a man. The flesh was grey, full of wounds and scars, but mostly intact. It was the face of a man he hadn’t seen before, and as it pointed a long boney arm and finger at Leo.
He woke up to the sounds of marching feet and excited chatter. There hadn’t been this much commotion the previous two mornings, Leo was curious as to what was going on.

You are a supreme being on a young and fresh world. You are undetectable, yet you possess a specific set of powers: You can add mutations to the creatures that inhabit it.
The world itself is a simple one, a rock globe covered in a shallow see, with the deepest point being twenty meters (60ft) under water, and the shallowest half a meter (1-2 ft). Several creatures inhabit this world, yet you will only change these four, and their offspring. Will you make them thrive? Or will you make them shrivel? It is all up to you, and your friends.
Welcome to the Shallow Waters Evo game!
Rules/How to play:
>Take the art of a creature already existing, be it a basic one, or one already modified by another user. How many times it has been modified already does not matter, but make sure you are not the last person who modified it.
>Open MS Paint, or any other drawing program
>Add a small, semi-realistic mutation to the creature. That means, a thicker shell, spikes, functionless and small appendages, etc.
>Post it in the thread, with a small description of what changes you made.
>To work to something greater, like functional wings, multiple steps need to be made (eg. Minor appendage -> Big appendage -> Feathers for gliding -> Functioning wing)
>Once every while, an extinction event will take place. Any affected creature that does not adapt before it takes place, will go extinct. Extinct creatures can no longer evolve.
DO's and DON'T's
>Do participate, no matter how bad your art is. Most people are shit at MS Paint here, so never be ashamed
>Do completely change the art of a creature, if you're okay/good at art and stuff, and if you feel a creature needs it, because it's getting too full or something.
>Do work on other branches, and the creatures of others
>Do be a nice guy
>Don't complain when your OC Waifu and its entire branch goes extinct
>Don't add mutations that are too complex (eg. fully functioning eyes, incredible wings etc). Realism of the mutations themselves doesn't really matter, as long as it can be semi-scientifically explained, and again, are not too complex at once. (DO : Fire breathing because gas from the creature's gas bags are released and ignited by a small spark in the creature's throat. DONT : This creature conjures fire when breathing)
>Don't add a mutation to a creature whose last addition was also by you. This can be forgiven when no one within ~2-3 hours / 50 posts has mutated them, or they are about to go extinct.
>Don't devolve mutations made to your own creature because you dislike them or have other plans with the creature.
I will make a regularly updated evolution tree, in which all mutations/species are listed, and if they're extinct or not.
Posting separate art of the organisms for editing after this post.

From the anon that brought you all Chaos Quest, I bring you Villain Quest!
In the year 2050 crime is no more, the world effectively at peace thanks to a superhero group called: The Reckoners. Men and women who have gained superpowers and decided that the world needs imediate change
The five founders Jupiter, Loop, Thinker, Titan and Angel: now serve as the one true power in the world, with various other heroes serving as peacekeepers such a police and rulers over cities. The five themselves rule over North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australlia. Life is good right now
But every hero needs a villain, you will be the first and the worst. Will you be a pragmatic mastermind? A sympathetic anti-villain? An utter monster? Or something else?
First things first: roll for powers. Use 1d100, you can have up too 10, and the more stronger the power the higher roll you have to have.
More mundane powers (examples :super strength, super speed, flight) are 1-20 anything higher with those rolls enhances them. With uber-tier powers (examples: biological manipulation, reality warping, nigh-omnipotence) need to be 81-100
21-80 is for powers such as energy bolts, telekenesis, cloning and teleporting.

Far off, nestled in an otherwise small Japanese town lies the Dark Gate Academy. An institution of tremendous size, the Academy holds a long kept secret. Unknown to the outside world, this unseemly town is home to a tear in our reality. A gate between our world and a bizarre dimension known as the Darkworld. The inhabitants of this hellish world breach this gate and attempt to flood into our reality and spread throughout the world on a regular basis. However, the Dark Gate Academy is home to students of truly extraordinary abilities. The ability to sense the presence of these evil Darkword creatures, and defeat them in combat, sending them back through the gate.
They cannot close the rift between our world and the Darkworld, but the students and staff of Dark Gate Academy have dedicated their lives to using their amazing powers to hold back the darkness that plagues our world, even if it costs them their lives. They have risen up to the challenge and in secret have become great heroic defenders of the world as we know it.
You are Ryoji Shida. A transfer student and delinquent who ended up in the school by mistake, with no fighting ability, but you may have a stronger connection to the Darkworld than thought possible.
>Previously on Dark Gate Academy...
You were held prisoner by a Darkworld worshipping cult, who shed some light on your condition.
“Well, this feels familiar...”
“What do you mean?” Shinji asks, as you rummage through the bag he gave you, pulling out a dark cloak. The rest of Class 3 are wearing something similar, seems your little break-out has all the makings of a stealth operation.
“It feels like just yesterday that my class was pulling this same kind of mission to keep me away from you guys,” you laugh. “I sure as shit hope it doesn't escalate. I don't want this cult trying to sneak me away from something even worse a month from now.”
You suppose Shinji doesn't really appreciate your humour, judging by the guilty look on his face. “Yes... again, we all have to apologise for that. We were-”
“Under Yamato's control,” you finish. “Yeah, it's fine. I get that.”
You throw the cloak over your shoulders, and Alice does the same. It flutters a little in the cool wind of the night.
“Just so you know,” Taka speaks up, in his usual boastful voice, “I would have gone after you even if Ol' Yam wasn't whispering in my ear.”
“So, what's the plan?” you ask, intentionally ignoring Taka.
“We're a few miles out of town,” Maro explains, carefully loading his rifle as he sits on a log. “If we can make it out of this forest without being spotted, however, we'll have a clean break back to the school.”
“Seems simple,” you reply. “From what I've seen, this cult's only got three or four followers. Should be easy enough to hide from those whack-jobs for a few miles of travel.”
“You'd be wrong,” Reiji explains, adjusting his glasses. “Those that you've met in the bunker, barring myself, were the highest ranking members of the order. This forest is filled with lesser members patrolling the area, and it won't be long until they realise the two of you are missing. They'll be looking for us.”
“That's no worry, though!” Lilo exclaims, a little too loud for what is supposed to be a stealth mission. “Now that the Class 3 cavalry are here, we can take out these crazies even if we are found!”
“Calling attention to yourself and getting found is not an option, Lilo,” Maro grunts. “We stick to the current plan as much as possible, understood?”
“Fine...” Lilo sulks.
“It's true, I would love nothing more than to rip apart some of these wretched villains,” Kamiko smiles, licking her lips. “Oh well, bloodshed will come another day. I can wait.”
“Idiots...” Maro mutters. “This is why I've placed Shinji in charge of your group. Don't disobey a single one of his orders.”
“Their group?” you ask.
“Too many of us travelling together will draw attention,” Maro explains. “Group one is comprised of myself, Taka, Nina and Reiji. Group Two is made up of Shinji, Lilo, Kamiko and Yasutake. One group will take you, and the other will escort Alice.”
“And which group am I going with?”
“That's up to you, isn't it?” Maro replies.

Announcement: I just want to say thank you for your feedback last time, I'll be running a little slower today, but taking care to be much more descriptive today, additionally, small rewrite to the rules, I no longer accept ALL dice rolls, instead the first three rolls, then instead of Skill+Attribute, It will be Attribute OR Skill, this is to make sure you cannot pleasure all the human females in one go. Additionally, I plan on creating Battle Maps, so expect battles to take longer, but more descriptive. Also, if I fuck up and start being vague, call me out on it, I am a recreational writer which means I'm a lazy sod when it comes to descriptions. Now that my autistic rant is done, let's continue on.

You awake in the early morning, sleeping in your lair which has been your home for the past few weeks. During this time, you served (and ate) the King of Sweden, gave power to the people! (The people being yourself, of course.), pleasured a human princess, (Which you regret blanking out during such a... Lewd scene. Heavily.) And managed the Holy Dragon Empire Of Sweden's personal treasury. Now, on this cold day in Sweden, you notice that a servant awaits your command below your rafter, which you have made your personal sleeping spot.
"My lord, some politicians, nobles, and mayors have made their arrival to the Palace, apparently citing that they are "confused" and "disoriented" by the direction this Empire is going. In other words, they want your supervision so they don't get eaten by you." The servant chuckles, then goes somber, realizing he is still in the presence of royalty. Royalty that can eat him, nonetheless.
"Where are they now, servant?"
"They await your command in the Throne Room, sire." He points, thinking you of all people need a guide...

Chromescore is a quest where you, a merc captain called Sillica wilson, are on a mission to locate an artifact called Chromesore. All while fighting monsters, and trying to keep your crew alive in the wastes of Berlin.
Here is the previous thread (Thanks to that anon for archiving it for me): http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive/190538/
Now on with back to the story.
You scratch your stubble in thought, looking up and down the boarder of The Green Sea. If you were by yourself you could easily scout this area and find a suitable camp site by nightfall. But with a team to think about, you reconsider.
Turning back to Widget you motion for the long range communicator. This time instead of thrusting the head piece into your hand, she gently passes it to you, a look of caution on her face. You take it, thanking her as you wait for the unit to be tuned. A bit of diel turning and switch flicking later, you are put into contact with camp.
“Scout team reporting in. The mission was a success, we have cleared the route of hostiles, and have located the entrance to the forest. We’re coming home.”
You hand the head set back to Widget. This time she snatches it from you hand, a look of awe plastered across her face.
She whispers either to you or herself you can’t tell. “That was so cool.”
Shaking your head you begin walking back in the direction of camp. Widget follows close behind, an aura of excitement radiating from her. You will never understand how someone could switch between emotions so easily.
You watch the sky as the sun slowly descends, you decide that it would be best if you picked up the pace, you want to get as much space between the forest and you before twilight hits.
Waving your hand, you order the team you keep pace. “Move.”
Slowly you increase your speed, stopping when you reach a reasonable speed for cross country. You keep this up for a good while, checking back every now and again to make sure the group is nearby. Unfortunately, your race against the sun was destined to fail, as you watch the sun slowly creep ever closer to the horizon.
Halting your advance, you begin searching for a good place to set up camp. But the place is sparse with cover, the only option that is any good is a tree a short walk back from where you came. If only your masked wasn’t broken, you could have continued on through the night and set up camp in that cottage further on.
Pulling the mask from your bag you inspect it. As far as you can tell, the mask is beyond repair. A large crack zigzagging down the size. Passing through one of the smaller eye pieces.
Before you can place it back in your bag, it is snatched from your hand.
Widget, now manhandling it, questions you. “Is this an all-sight mask? Is it broken? What are the specifications of the lens? How many vision modes does it have?”
Snatching the mask back you answer her question. “Yes, yes, I don’t know and four.”
“Ah, is one of those modes, night vision?”
“Yes”
Widget hops excitedly in place. “Do you need it anymore? Because I can use the left over lenses and vision focuser to rig up Mr. Fizz with a night vision camera!”
‘That’s not a bad idea.’ You think to yourself. But this mask is sentimental to you, it was given to you by your first squad leader, the only person you trusted to lead. Other than the captain, of course.
What should you do?
>Give the mask to Widget, you can use the upgraded drone to push on through the night and make it to the cottage.
>Keep the mask, it is special to you. We will just have to camp at the base of that tree.
>>208104
>Give the mask to Widget, you can use the upgraded drone to push on through the night and make it to the cottage.
When this mission is over, we can just take it back. Or we keep the casing and only hand over the sensors.
And we can ask the captain to put Widget in our team, so we have the reminder of the first squad leader close by.
It will be some time till we can get someone to repair it anyway.
