First-time QM here, got intrigued by /qst/ as a board and quests as a concept.
Figured I'd try and run one myself, but instead of committing to a long-running quest right off of the bat, I'd test the waters with a one-shot.
OP picture is about as well as I can draw with a touchpad and paint, and those are the only tools I have, so it'll mostly be text.

Welcome to Cultural Evo, the game of MULTIFACETED GROWTH. In Cultural Evo, you will control both a small but growing village, interact with other villages, and watch as your village's culture grows and changes with the years as events force them to grapple with new introductions to their worldview.
You could have part of your village split off due to a religious or cultural schism, you could create a harmonious society based on brainwashing, or a harmonious society based on fear, or somehow get to America.

Shadowrun is a science fantasy tabletop role-playing game set in a near-future fictional universe in which cybernetics, magic and fantasy creatures co-exist. It combines genres of cyberpunk, urban fantasy and crime, with occasional elements of conspiracy fiction, horror and detective fiction.
The title is taken from the game's main premise – that corporate espionage runs rampant in a near-future setting. A shadowrun – a successful data theft or physical break-in at a rival corporation or organization – is one of the main tools employed by both corporate rivals and underworld figures.
I will use such a system to create your character, but thankfully for you, it does not require any knowledge of the system for players ! So first thing first, choose your race. After the Awakening in 2012, multiple genomes have been expressed through the Return of magic. While HUmans are still the dominant species, all kinds of creatures pupulate the world.
First important choice is
