There can be 3 people per tribe.
Members of a tribe can choose to either develop technology, form a cultural branch, or perform an action (building, diplomacy, attacking, resource gathering, etc.)
Each tribe has an extra move, as you can see, that only the chief can use.

Anyway though, thanks for waiting, I was trying out drawing with a tablet I just got.
So here's a rough map that you know of. Light green is grasslands, dark green is forest. The red square is the nomad camp, blue is the stream leading up out of the valley through the forest to a waterfall, and large river beyond. Yellow indicates the direction which your old tribe was.
