All fudds are hunters, but not all hunters are fudds. I think it has to do with a narrow view of why you need a gun. If you believe rifles are only for hunting it is easy to develop the fudd mentality.

How do you fill out a 4473, question 11e?
Whether or not marijuana is legal in your state, or legal for your consumption with state permission, this is a federal form and marijuana is illegal at the federal level. Answering "no" to question 11e while using marijuana in any capacity is a federal felony, punishable by 5 years in prison.
How do you reconcile with this? Do you ignore the fact and answer "no" anyway? How do you answer 11e, and which state do you live in?

Soldiers get a better quality of life. Marines get nicer looking uniforms. Soldiers get better equipment. Marines have a more reliable comand climate and unit morale than army.

So I am thinking of getting a Henry big boy in .357 for a range toy/plinking cause I figure they are going to be the best quality lever guns on the market under $1,000 over shit like rossi or marlin. Is there any reason why the 20 inch would be better than the 16.5 inch of vice versa? 20 inch holds 3 more rounds and is 7 lbs unloaded. The carbine is like 6.5 lbs. Second how well do they feed .38? I've heard rossi don't feed .38 special easy? Finally what do you think is the best looking finish? I think the steel version looks pretty sweet.

I've been an NFAfag for a while and decided I needed some fuddshit so today I picked up a Mossberg 500 12ga made in 1987 from an old man who had it for 20 years. There isn't a scratch on it. I found some rust on the magazine tube under the handguard/slide and a little wear inside the receiver from cycling and light shooting. Otherwise this thing is pristine.

I am moving to North Dakota soon and heard there is tons of open empty land along the highways just out of town.
Can you just drive out and find a spot 10 minutes off the road and go at it or do you need to contact each farmer in range? I'd obviously pick up targets but what about spent casings?

Get a hold of whoever owns the land. Don't just chance it and piss someone off, who's likely to spread the word about this prick who thinks he can just do whatever he wants.
Also, there's probably a gravel pit or two within 10 miles of almost anywhere. Lots of them are not posted and used extensively by random shooters like myself, when I get bored of the back yard and my steel.
