Hey 4chan, can someone help me with my homework?
It's about a poem called the charge of the light brigade. Basically I have to pretend that I'm a soldier that fought and survived. I need to write about what I can see, hear, what happened before, during and after the battle and more. I need to include a range of literary devices, range of vocabulary and use words to create mood and atmosphere. Also if I don't get done by tomorrow I'll have a detention so I'm counting on you 4chan.

The roller-locked mechanism is really fucking picky when it comes to brass, and the rifling twist is shit for their current ammo stockpile. I keep hearing 100 meters effective range for most of the F1s because the only ammo that doesn't shed rims or rupture cases in them is loaded for a different twist, mainly thanks to the politicians shutting down the only ammo plant that made ammo it liked, and their new foreign contractor ammo giving them...

Pretty simple device, works for what it does.
A lot of people love big explosions, but me, personally, I love det cord. You can perform artistry with det cord. Any idiot can plug into a 1000 pound C4 shot, but it takes finesse to blast open a locked box without damaging the contents using some det cord.
Though when it does come to large shots, water shots are hella cool. An improvised boot banger made out of 5 blocks of det cord and a 5 gallon water jug is pretty sweet. Toss it next to a locked freight...
