>Yfw faggots are still playing flopout4

A buddy of mine works at a local gun shop and I talked to him today when I stopped by during my lunch hour to buy some .22 ammo. I checked out some ammo deals they had (they had a spam can of 54R for a decent price) and when I asked him about .45acp, he showed me a few boxes of PMC or some shit like that. He then told me that 99% of .45ACP purchases are made by guys over 40. He said that none of the younger people either buy .45ACP guns or ammo.

WTF happened? Is .45ACP dying?

Nice thread champ. Now try putting it on, your human silhouette is what needs to be camouflaged and M81 does a poor job of breaking up the silhouette.

Let's talk strategy games. Things like CMANO, Graviteam Tactics, Wargame, Total War, etc etc.
Sidenote: If anyone else play GT:Mius Front, how the hell do I attack things like towns/trenches without losing such massive amounts of men? It always eventually becomes a slog that eats up 3/4 of my forces.

Lots and lots of fire support. Make sure you have fire superiority before you close in, and when you do, bring the tanks in close.

Realistically, the best solution is not to fight in them at all. Cut them off and make them waste their supplies before attacking.

I like Wargame, play a match here and there. Deck construction is tricky.

I have a question why has there not been a push to create bullpup long range semi automatic rifles.

I know they are a bit more maintenence heavy, but wouldit not have more positives such as better balanced if firing from kneeling to standing positions. As well as the fact that you could put a 20-25 inch barrel on it and still keep it smaller than standard 16 inch rifles?

Look up kel-tec rfb. I know keltec is a meme brand but they have made what youre describing.

The bulk of long range shooting is done by people who enjoy working with equipment that they are used to. They haven't been exposed to such weapons previously, are unlikely to encounter them in the hands of other shooters and are unwilling to part with their money for a product that they aren't familiar with.

As such, there are comparatively less companies producing them because they know the market is small.

I'm guessing the reason the military hasn't adopted them is the cost to manufacture

>Flips crash a ship onto a submerged island to claim it as theirs
>Force a bunch of Flip Marines to stay there to keep the Chinks from towing it away
>Flipmarines have to survive by fishing with makeshift equipment and drinking rain thanks to having basically no support at all

Of course we wouldn't have it dogfight in hypersonic speed, cause it could outrun its bullets,

So what if we used jet assisted take off engines to get the damn thing off the ground and then use the rocket propulsion engine for hypersonic speed.

What problems do we face and how could we fix them? Looking for advice from /airforcebois/ and /aerospaceengineers/

Ok /k/, this stupid ATF july deadline is coming up and I am thinking about subscribing to the meme that is 300 blackout.

Is it really as quiet as people say where the action cycling is the loudest part? I already have a ti-rant 45 that was not terribly impressive (it was quiet enough to shoot, but I would not want to shoot 300 rounds in one setting).

Basically, is suppressed subsonic 300 Blackout actually good if I wan't something fun and quiet to shoot? If so, how is the Griffin Armament Alpha? I can get a decent deal on one if it's worth the dosh.

Furthermore, had the German Army attacked Russia first and in full strength, then the Red army would have suffered severe humiliating defeat and folded faster than Frenchmen at a poker game.

>5 minutes

That's not good at all. I'd probably do my best to retreat while attempting to identify the demons based on my years of wasted studies on the occult and roleplaying.

The existence of demons would be kind of neat, since it opens the possibility of the divine and/or magic. Also, I'd have no idea how vulnerable they are to conventional arms. If they're like, honest to goodness brimstone demons that can survive in lava conditions, bullets aren't going to do shit, and I don't have bombs.
>>
>>30157594
If demons manifest in a physical form on Earth, wouldn't they have to abide by the laws of physics? That is to say, would they not be vulnerable to conventional munitions?

https://theintercept.com/2016/06/01/pentagon-special-ops-killing-of-pregnant-afghan-women-was-appropriate-use-of-force/

>An internal Defense Department investigation into one of the most notorious night raids conducted by special operations forces in Afghanistan — in which seven civilians were killed, including two pregnant women — determined that all the U.S. soldiers involved had followed the rules of engagement. As a result, the soldiers faced no disciplinary measures, according to hundreds of pages of Defense Department documents obtained by The Intercept through the Freedom of Information Act. In the aftermath of the raid, Adm. William McRaven, at the time the commander of the elite Joint Special Operations Command, took responsibility for the operation. The documents made no unredacted mention of JSOC.

>The February 2010 night raid, which took place in a village near Gardez in Paktia province, was described by the U.S. military at the time as a heroic attack against Taliban militants. A press release published by NATO in Afghanistan soon after the raid asserted that a joint Afghan-international operation had made a “gruesome discovery.” According to NATO, the force entered a compound near the village of Khataba after intelligence had “confirmed” it to be the site of “militant activity.” As the team approached, they were “engaged” in a “fire fight” by “several insurgents.” The Americans killed the insurgents and were securing the area when they made their discovery: three women who had been “bound and gagged” and then executed inside the compound. The U.S. force, the press release alleged, found the women “hidden in an adjacent room.” The story was picked up and spread throughout the media. A “senior U.S. military official” told CNN that the bodies had “the earmarks of a traditional honor killing.”

>tfw I literally just watched Dirty Wars

Yeah I still don't care. The ends justify the means in this case. We're at war, and killing people happens. Sometimes it bad guys, sometimes it's not so bad guys, sometimes when it's not so bad guys other not so bad buys become bad guys and we have to kill them, too.

Basically, shit happens, but if we started tossing our very small amounts of SOF guys in prison for killing not so bad guys every once in a while we would be lacking in SOF guys.

I'm a pragmatist, every asshole over there trying to kill our troops is one less asshole trying to get into America to try and kill civilians here.

Fuck, ISIS is awesome, because hundreds of westerners that could've been dangerous went to an area that makes them legitimate targets. They did all the work for us.

That being said I'm not heartless, and we really need to work on improving our intelligence gathering to insure civilian casualties are kept to the absolute bare minimum.
