Red Orchestra/Rising Storm is really the only other game like it.
ARMA is nice but its definitely more of a sim rather than a video game you have fun with.

Maybe one really nice rifle like a Scar or gucci AR, and a nice Sig or similar. Should leave plenty of change from $5k for ammo and accessories
