CA legal mag fed shotgun. Saiga 12s are banned.

But it is in Georgia.

the rail on top of the tacticool handguard pump is useless for an optic. it wiggles. lucky you can still see the bead front sight under it.

the mag doesn't hold anymore than a long tube.

Forget that for a moment; what are they asking for that blue and white hi point? My gf is in Moultrie, I may have to talk her into getting it for me as an early birthday gift.

Just bought my first firearm today ! The gun store man said to buy a revolver first because it's 100% reliable and that the 38 special is a combat and police proven caliber and has plenty of stopping power for the size and weight of this gun. Pic related

I recently got a Sig PM400 AR pistol. It's almost as big as my carbine, just has a short barrel. Will ATF shoot my dog if I shoulder it? Pic related.

so, recently I've been kinda drooling over the older S&W steel frame 9mm pistols from the 80's and what not. problem is, I can't really find any kind of break down of the different models and what all has what actions, etc.

Awhile back I came across a 669 and I just kind of fell in love with the looks. But, I didn't pick it up because I didn't know anything about it.

So, /k/, school me on the older S&W steel frame pistols, please.

5906 is the one you want. DA/SA, shittons of mags and holster out there for them. Rock solid performer. PD trade ins are a good deal.

There is also the 5946 which is a DA only gun.

Wikipedia has a nice rundown of the models.

Why didn't Germany in WW2 develop an army of combat swimmers to invade England? The Channel has been swum before and it's easy to do if you have the right level of fitness. A combination of combat swimmers and an air landing would have seen England destroyed.

Good luck swimming the channel with a rifle, rations and enough ammunition to actually fight.

Don't forget to hand your CV into the DoD, They always hire retards like you it seems.
>>
>>30160419
Swimmers potentially but you would have to get them accords the channel, not an easy feat for professionals let alone a guy in full gear. The number of men you would have to coordinate to get a reasonable amount across would be stupidly big. This is not taking into account the numerous allied ships patrolling these waters. As far as air invasion? Spitfire and hurricane ... nuff said.

Next time on OP's thread why didn't the nazis use Kraut space magic to defeat the Allied forces.

I got a unexpected windfall and now i'm looking to buy a 2 or 2,5 inch swivel gun. Why a swivel gun you might wonder, well mostly because it's one of the few types of weapons you can own in my country that doesn't require you to jump through endless legal and bureaucratic hoops. Sure it's not much of a home defense gun (unless you get a very early warning) but it would be a fun piece to fire off a salute on national holidays, birthdays etc with. Maybe do some target shooting as well if i can scramble up enough shots for it.

My question to you guys is: Anyone know a good place to get a modern-made blackpowder swivel gun?

Other than that, blackpowder general i guess

Newly hasguns here,

Going out to bear /k/ountry this weekend, only have SKS. Is it a viable platform for wilderness defense? Am I considered a poacher if I shoot a charging bear?

>inb4 just buy bearspray
>inb4 skinwalkers

>General innawoods advice also appreciated.

>>
>>30160348
Black bear, correct? As a passionate lover of the SKS, I sincerely wouldn't recommend it. I imagine it's certainly possible to take the smaller blackies with 7.62x39, it is 30-30 lite after all I certainly wouldn't want to do it with a 10 round internal box.
>>
It seems like x39 could penetrate enough to hit bear organ, it would just come down to shot placement. If you have enough practice with the rifle and think you could hit a charging bear accurately then go ahead.
>>
>>30160391
Yes mainly blackbears. It's all I've got so I guess I'll just keep a fire going and hope for the best.
>>30160392
I hope so, but I just don't want to run in with one. Canadian, so only half of the ammo capacity :(

So first of all, RIP rounds. Meme bullets, or stuff you could use in a SHTF scenario? Also, what other type of crazy bullets that are out there would you consider using in a SHTF?
16 posts and 2 images submitted.
>>
more bullets than the other guy.
>>
RIP ammo is pure meme. SHTF needs tons of fmj, that's it.
>>
>>30160281
Yeah but assuming that youre not a shit shot, wouldnt a round that inflicts massive internal damage be better suited? Kind of a quality over quantity thing?
