anyone else here who has seen the light and startet intermittent fasting in order to reveal dem sweet gains? I've been doing it for almost two weeks now and im down 3kg and my strenght has increased.

I used to not lift and I was a 6/10 but now I'm a solid 9/10. My gf is still a 7/10. Clearly it does not. These are the most elite riders in the world. They can cycle your ass into the fucking ground and they're all on anabolic steroids. They probably also do ancillary weight training specifically for legs. Despite that, the gentleman here in the yellow Jersey (fastest rider) still has very small legs. Most riders have some muscle and are lean but they're much smaller than even a tiny amount of lifting will get you.
