College fag here. Gotta go home for a month for winter break so no weight room, just me and a pull up bar.

bench 185x5
pull ups +10lbx10
I want to cut in weight about 8lb, and i need a routine i can build muscle or at least not lose strength. im still on the noob gains upswing but what do you guys do for bodyweight when you have to?
i was thinking push ups, pull ups, and wall sits to failure every other day.

Do calisthenics everyday or at least try to. Also perform a lot of sets, at least 15. Do as many reps as you can with each set. Resting periods also need to be really short, like around 10 to 15 seconds. Apply these techniques to each exercise you do. It gets pretty intense and you will make gains.

DESU finding a decent bodyfat percentage calculator has been difficult. I've read the sticky but found nothing.

I'm 22, experiencing troubles with my erections, got blood tests done and found out that everything is in normal ranges (test 465 ng/dl, only defficient in Vitamin D - now taking supplement). Came to the conclusion that ED may be related to poor sleep patterns as i always go to sleep after midnight and get up at ~9-10 am.

ZMA is effective if you have a deficiency of something in it. Magnesium def is relatively common, but don't expect miracles.
Are you exercising regularly? Is your diet good? Sleep patterns can help as you say. I wouldn't rely on supplements to get your dick hard though.

Yes, i lift. Diet is quite rich and broad. Maybe only lacking in vegetables and i don't eat a lot of fruits (now trying to eat a lot of pomegranates, apples).

My only gripe is that you can't enter sets with an unspecified amount of reps.
Looking for a basic bench to complement my power rack/cage to do barbell routine in.
What should I look for? I don't really need extra stuff, but I want your feedback.
Check the height. They should be around 18" tall. Cheaper ones are often above that.
Make sure it can handle the weight. If you weight 200 and bench 300, it needs to handle 500.
If your floor isn't perfectly level, get a bolt together one, you can adjust it to level using the play in the bolts.
