I'm looking to build more muscle, mostly arms, chest, and core. I started protein and exercising daily. What else can I do to reach my goal?

Lats and traps. Your deadlift is lagging; it should be around 440 compared to your bench and squat. Add in rows, shrugs, and some sort of overhead press if you don't already.

Hey /fit/ which would be better for MMA fights Judo or westling? I understang that judo focuses are throws, take downs and grappling but BJJ is more of grappling and ground fighting.
