I'm no expert on bodyweight routines but there doesn't seem like much more you could be doing. Except legs and some more DB work; OHP, Chest Press, Rows. Though you'll need >20kg eventually.
You really need to get a gym though.

think of the face pull as a stretch and not a lift. go very light.

IMO
The classic face pull should be at ~shoulder height and pulled upwards, like Omar's video demonstrates. The reasoning being the the deltoid is the target and, naturally, raises the arms.
But you have to consider what you are actually getting out of it. The posterior deltoids are still working hard, even if you are not pulling upwards.
In many cases, face pulls are done for posterior development and posture.
So in the case of posture, is an upward pull really what you want? The classic...

Any military/police/fire fags here? I start a city fire academy in just under 2 weeks. I'm wondering what a good pre-first day breakfast meal should be, and what time would be appropriate to eat it before I leave for it.
