This will be the third year in a row I start working out around New Years. Not because I make a resolution, but because I'm more energized and less busy because of the school holiday. I'm not one of them, I swear.
My contract with my current gym ends january 11 and I'm going to switch to a different one closer to my home then. I hope anyone tries to give me shit for being new in January so I can shove a barbell up their ass

Hey it's my first time here and I'm not 100% sure if this is the place to post this.
Why does it not look like I've lost weight? Around this time last year I weighed in at 180 lbs (my highest weight was ~190 lbs but I never took any pics). That's when I took the pic I'm posting. Now as of this morning I am a little under 155 lbs. But I am the same pant size and the new pics I took look the same to me.
Am I doing something wrong?

Sure, most of it is body fat, but if you don't do curls and have low body fat you're not going to get swole biceps.

indirect methods: cardio sprints, cardio hills, playing sports, maybe deadlift, etc. are great because you get a lot of time under tension.

Because I hate people
For those of you that DON'T have acne- what's your daily skin/face routine ?
wash with a small amount of bodywash. only once a day, tends to dry out if i do more.
not so much a routine as good genetics

That's it. Went from acne to no acne in 1-2 months. Skin is still a bit rough so I might start using moisturizer too.
