In my opinion anyone that lifts should read that book. It's so good and it teaches you so many things. I do agree that SS routine is a bit shitty, people tend to forget it's a routine for people who've literally never picked up weight in their lives. Most of us either Started lifting in high school for sports or dicked around in the gym for months before getting serious, and yes SS is not for these people

Anyone else unironcally believe that Jason Blaha puts out the most credible advice on training and nutrition of all youtube fitness guys?
