Is it really possible to catch Mono without kissing anyone? I never even shared any cups/utensils with anyone. I eat cooked old fashioned oats with a banana and peanut butter every morning. Also take handfuls of raw oats throughout the day when I feel like it. You'll be fine eating them raw, just keep something to drink close by.

Strengthening your rotator cuffs will help to an extent, but the main reason is your form a shit
