I finally decided go to dentist and removed my wisdom teeth. Maybe it's not /ck related but however. Pain after surgery is very hard and how long ? What kind of food should I eat first days after removing? Only liquid? Post some tips and tell me about your experience. Start with upper so maybe it's a bit easy.

icecream, you cant eat anything with seeds or hard or crunchy. You will have a hole in your mouth that can bleed at any point and if it gets dirty you cant clean it so you are better off with mashed potatos, pudding, jello, yogurth that kind of stuff
The pain is not bad at all. Ice and motrin is all you need. By the second day you probably won't even need the ice any more.

Can somebody enlighten me on whiskey? I'm a beginner in this subject. I mean, I have tasted various whiskeys. The last 3 I remember are Wild Turkey (pic related), Black Velvet and Four Roses, but I have tasted many other ones. Basically, my problem is that I dont feel that much of a difference in taste in any of them. (BV was a little bit "softer" than other whiskeys I have tasted, but overall, all whiskeys seem almost identical. I drank them on the rocks btw). So, can anyone tell me, what. is the best beginner whiskey? Should I buy all the diferent kinds and compare them (scotch, irish and etc)? Or just post anything that would help me to explore al/ck/ world. I want to have good knowledge and tasting skills about all those classy drinks.

I tried one of these when they first came out. Ridiculous calorie bomb and definitely not something to eat often, but if you get it made fresh it's actually pretty good for fast food pizza.
So I just found out I have type 2 diabetes (which sucks because im only 20 and only weigh 195 when I'm 6'1).
What is a good diet to follow? I already know I need to cut out all fast food and sugary garbage, but anything to help prevent this and hopefully never have to take insulin.

before i developed it i was binge eating carbs and sodas and gatorade all day long 24/7
just dont do that and you have to be fasting as least some duration during the day like normal people... thats what keeps their sugar levels normal

Anyone currently doing any specific diets?
I'm doing ~500 calorie a day, losing about 1.5 lb a day. (160lb->157.2 now). Trying to get to the elusive 140lb within a month or so. Should be easily achievable.
I usually have an ice smoothie for breakfast. very delicious and almost no calories.
Water throughout the day + some quick sandwiches
Why not just change your eating habits instead of going on a temporary, drastic diet which you'll inevitably fail?
