why the fuck is it so hard to find mackerel anywhere. Tilapia and trout are all over, i can even find mahi-mahi, but mackerel only seems to be in fucking korean marketplaces hours away from where i live

My seafood dealer usually have a few different types mackerel. sierra, green, jack, indian, horse, blue ect.

I've still tried a few pieces of fish while holding my nose, just to see, but I've always thrown up.

Does anyone else like their chicken thighs crunchy and brown? No one else i know makes their own bite sized nuggers with just chicken thighs, salt and pepper maybe some cayenne pepper. It's literally the best way to make chicken. So simple and it flavors itself with dat delicious thigh fat.
