I always liked spearow more for some reason.
So why is Clefable in the spotlight while Wigglytuff is condemned to shitmon?

So what's the deal? Clefable only really seems to have Moonblast, more rounded bulk (making it an inferior Wish passer and leftovers user), and Unaware/Magic Guard going for it.

Unaware/Magic Guard is why, anon. They're god-tier abilities on any mon, and even better on a fairy type. Unaware turns off set-up sweepers, and Magic Guard turns off stall. It fits on any team, in fact.

All Wigglytuff needs to shine is better abilities. Competitive is ok, but too situational, plus Wigglytuff even with said boost is still just ok.
You have no idea how it hurts to like Clefable but prefer Wigglytuff design wise.

Add 3 years between Gen 1 and, an unknown time between 2 and 5, 2 years between 5 and 6.

If this is REALLY gen 7, why release it on the 3DS if the other half of the generation is going on the NX. They have never released half a gen on one system and the other half on another system, and if thy were going to they would havedone it with Black and White 2.

What makes you so sure that the second part of Gen VII will be on the NX? Remember, BW2 came out after the 3DS has already been released, so there's precedent for them sticking with the 3DS even after the NX is out.

Sun and Moon was most likely in production for a while now on the 3DS and they only just recieved the NX dev kit.
