Objectively, probably gen 3 because you couldn't trade Pokémon from gen 2 to it.
Subjectively, I think gen 5 because the Pokémon are so ugly to me.

Hello /vp/, my name is Alejandro Refresco and I studied in the University of Chicago since I was 20.
I must say I am a weird person and not very social because I had problems when I was a kid, I keep having weird dreams but once every time I have a dream or nightmare that is different than the others and it make sme have this feeling that it will come true, and it does.
We could say I "predic" stuff, the first time it happened was when the Japan earthquake/tsunami happened, the dreams can be about anything that could happen in real life, games, movies or series. I also predicted Dragon Ball anime would be back with new episodes.
OK, now I have to tell you I had this dream about the next Coro Coro leak. Apparently in the dream I was in Japan and I was looking at a store, there was an open Coro Coro on the floor showing a page with images of the Volcanion movie, but the page on the right showed two new Pokemons featured in the movie. I tried to draw them as good as I remember, one was a mirror like pokemon and the other was a vase like pokemon.
I almost froze In my seat reading the 2nd paragraph, for a moment it felt like we were the same. My first prediction was the 2004 Indonesia &friends earthquake/tsunami.

Seriously, why are these games so fucking easy?

I restarted the game, boxed my starter and tried to only use pokemon I considered weak and never used like Masquerain, Swalot, Golking or Breloom, but I still wreck every enemy easily, even without grinding.
This is really weird since I remember the original Ruby to be a lot more difficult. Had to try and fight the E4 over and over until I finally beat them.
How do I make this game more challenging and/or fun?

Fluff/lore-wise, what is the difference between Psychic and Fairy? Don't say telekinetic powers, because Pokemon like Golduck have those and are not Psychic-type.

They make it up as they go along so there's no absolute consensus; but you can draw up some vague ideas based on which mons get which typing.
It seems like the general rule is Psychic being associated with cosmic energies and "outer" concepts, whereas Fairy is associated with more classical folkloric powers and "inner" concepts. Or to put it another way: Psychic-types are about tapping into the spiritual flow of the universe, and Fairy-types are about tapping into the spiritual flow of emotions and heart/soul.
Yesterday was the Serperior line, now we'll be looking at Gen 5's fire starter, Tepid and his evos. What negative opinions do you have for this fire pig? (though it should be obvious).
Also, /vp/ if I may ask, can I leave out a few obvious Gen 5 Pokes from here? I mean the Vanilluxe, Garbodor, and Klinklang lines. These 3 are arguably the most talked about Gen 5 Pokemon. I don't think we need to go through them again.
Anyways my thoughts on Emboar: Same as everyone else's...except for the design. I think it's okay. It would look fitting if Emboar was also a Fire/Ground type instead.
I love Emboar. The whole line is really good.
I don't see why people rag on it, it's one of the most consistent Pokemon evolution progressions. It's not like Oshawott > Dewott > SUDDENLY ENTIRELY DIFFERENT DESIGN DIRECTION SAMUROTT

Let me start off by stating the obvious: I can't tell you everything about the game and I can't tell you who I am or how I acquired this information. We all remember the Pokébeach leaker who got caught because he gave too much information that was too specific (and throwing in a few pieces of bullshit didn't help) and because he wouldn't keep his mouth shut about where he got his info. So I've decided to do something a bit different and hopefully a bit less risky. I want to play a game with you /vp/. Every day for the next week, I will post five true statements about the game and five things I made up. Most will be pretty general statements that anyone could have guessed by chance to avoid suspicion. Feel free to discuss among yourselves which you think are true and why. Once the thread reaches the bump limit, I will confirm which five statements are true. However there's a twist: one of the five "true" statements I reveal will in fact be a lie.

Pretty vague as I said, most of these are things that people want (or don't want) and things that have been speculated about already, which should throw off suspicion, especially since half of them aren't true. :^) Which brings me to the cryptic image I've included. Each of my posts will be accompanied by an image like this. The Unown spell out a clue to a fairly specific bit of info. The other Pokémon icons form a code of sorts. It's up to you to crack the code and determine what the Unown are referring to.

Trading is fine, but there's already a general for injection and trading hacked mons, so let's keep it casual and clean.
Currently I'm breeding Marill trying for an Adamant Huge Power one with perfect IVs in everything but Sp.A. for use in a Battle Maison.
200 Marill in, it's suspicious how I can have perfect IVs in every stat but speed, or every stat but attack, but I can never manage to get perfect Attack and Speed on the same one.

I want to try and figure out breeding so I can probably get onto actually getting usable mons for online play but I feel like that is going to be a total chore.
