Suggest one nerf/buff/general balance change that should be made before the game comes out, and rate the suggestion above you.
I'll go first: Zenyatta doesn't need to maintain line of sight to his heal target in order for the healing orb to stay on. Or at the very least, give a longer window for him to lose line of sight before the ball comes back.

Everyone who doesn't already have a movement ability (leap, fly, etc) can run at will, instead of only being limited to Soldier: 76. Replace his current shift ability with something else to make up for it.
Mei's freeze spray takes about a second and a half longer to immobilize you and/or her icebox thing doesn't heal her
the maps need to be designed better to reduce the amount of time spent walking back to your objective
