Good. Poise is shit and only shitters think they need it to git gud. Of course that won't stop them from blaming a lack of poise for them sucking. Anything but admitting it's they're own damn fault they're bad.
Bamco, the guys who tell players "lol don't take candy from strangers" when people are hacking and banning other players just demonstrated they don't even know what Poise is.
It's not working as intended because it just isn't working.
The value can still be enabled, Yhorm's shield and Wolf Ring still do nothing and Perseverance does more than any armor set.

The problem isn't that he's hard to kill. It's that his toolset is out of line. How much else in this game are you absolutely forced to counter in X way, as opposed to everyone else having X, Y, and Z counters, and generally shit you can overcome by out skilling the opponent
