Is the first Mario Galaxy one of the most overrated games ever? I found it completely mediocre and forgettable from start to finish. My main complaints are the absolutelinearity, lack of exploration, and lack of challenge. Most levels are a series of micro puzzles on floating balls, you move from floating ball to floating ball until you reach the star. Galaxy 2 was a bit better in level design and not as dumb and repetitive, but still was hurt by the lack of exploration and linearity. The first galaxy also annoyed me a bit with the cutscenes it had, the story was complete nonsense anyway, so I'm glad they removed the story altogether from Galaxy 2.
In the end, neither game was as good or as fun as 64 or Sunshine, or even Banjo Kazooie.
What's your opinion on Mario Galaxy?

There's a reason he managed to get such an incredibly large cult following and was crowned lord out of sheer power.
So now that features have been added, some kinks have been ironed out, and it's $10 off at Best Buy right now, is it worth getting?
Personally, I want something less like SF4 and more like SF Alpha or MvC. One of the things that killed me about SF4 were the 1-frame links, which I could never get a hang of. Are links and combos much more forgiving in SF5?
No, $50 is still too much. I wouldn't pay anything over $30 for this game.

Yeah combos are much easier. The game is pretty solid if you're not some memelord who plays fighting games for SP content.

I bought Esther on sale for under 1€ because i remember it being praised when it was released.
Have not installed it yet and everytime i start steam im reminded that i could have bought some sweets from the turk store near my apartment.
Its been years but still cant install it.

Thanks to jerks like you, Battleborn had to cut its price. Instead of $75 for the Digital Deluxe Edition which comes with the season pass for $75, it's now $40.
Why did this happen you ask? Because people like those on 4Chan kept spreading false information about Battleborn and fabricated a competition against Overwatch. You people cry out for new IP's instead of rehashes and sequels yet when Gearbox delivered what YOU asked for, you crapped all over it. But it wasn't enough for you people to laugh about it here, you had to spread lies and slander all across the internet. Still that wasn't enough, you just had to carry the banner for Overwatch and market it everywhere non-stop for the last few weeks overshadowing Battleborn and drowning it out in a never ending wave of lewd pictures. Seems you people are real easy to please - throw in some Pixar like women in scantily clad clothes and you instantly fall in love. Pathetic.
Hundreds of people at Gearbox spent two years working on Battleborn. They missed out on anniversaries, dates, watching their kids' play, etc so they could make a game you'd enjoy. And what did you do? You stabbed them in the back for a game with a damn purple Frenchwoman. This is why people don't take gamers seriously. Judge games based on their stories and gameplay and design; don't judge them with your genitals.
