Tracer isn't OP because there are many weapons that can 1 shot her. Plus her dps is much lower than most other attack characters.
She is mainly an annoyance character. This doesn't make her OP.
Widowmaker is OP as a sniper however. If anything, Hanzo should get some kind of close range option due to having the more difficult to use long range weapon. Widowmaker should have to deal with her sniper, or make the AR piss weak like the TF2 sniper's smg.

My biggest problem with Bastion is surely Pharah should counter him? Just move into vision and shoot rockets at him from range, moving back behind cover to reload or between shots.
Yet, he seems to deal more damage than you from long range with absurdly high accuracy.

Thats why I said tracer is only killable when the one playing her fucks up, you shouldn't just spam your blinks while fighting someone. If you rewind and then have 0 blinks, then yeah you'll probably die, but you should save one for escapes like that.
But Blink has a pretty short cooldown anyway so like I said, you arent going to die as Tracer unless you really fuck up.

There's only one OP in this game, and it's Zenyatta. You litteraly cant counter his Discord Orb, and he doesnt even have Cooldown on it. Discord Orb is making every Tank a little faggot, and everything else like wet toilet paper. Having one Zen in team already makes him one step closer to win.

Her damage is pretty good if she gets close, and she obviously has little problem escaping. Maybe she isn't a hero meant to get solo kills but she still hurts, and is very hard to kill, not to mention how quick her ulti builds up. There's a reason why most pro teams use two Tracers.

There's a category of PotG called Shutdown. It's when you kill someone just as they use an ult, making them blow the cooldown but not getting anything out of it. Actually, part of the POTG system includes stopping an ULT, it just isn't configured to detect pushing away a D.VA ult.
Sadly, preventing an ULT is only worth about 1.5 kills, so you need to get a double after it to have a chance at POTG. Even worse, everyone bitches about it being a bad POTG because of the few kills.

You have to stop somebody mid-ult before they can do most/all of their damage. Not every ult can be "stopped".
Furthermore there's sharpshooter (long-range aim) POTG and lifesaver (preventing somebody from finishing off your teammat) POTG category.
When calculating POTG candidates, the game takes into account which character is doing the kills, how fast, how close it is to the end of the round and if it's on the objective or not. So for example Symmetra protecting the payload at the end of the match by turreting a couple of enemies is more likely to end up the POTG than Reaper going Q a minute into the fight.

Them orbs hit a lot harder than you thin they do. IF you have a Pharah on your team with Symmetra, you literally should have zero problems with a bastion because them projectiles either force Bastion to move, or die and Bastion is only good with is Ult up or when he's standing still.

Synergy is more important than individual hero counterpicks.
