I'm watching this great documentary about the poor afro-american community and its relationship with the basketball entertainment industry.
I am liking it very much. It reminded me a lot of "He Got Game" from Spike Lee, and seeing as the director is making an appearance, I thought it made sense.
But I must say I thought its depicting of the afro-american community to be rather trite and cliche. But since I'm not American, I wouldn't know.

Lost in Translation is obviously similar but it doesn't have that same detached feeling, which is what i love about Somewhere, and is what critics and people in general tend to hate about it.
