Why are men so butthurt about lack of female Space Marines if women serve everywhere else and Sisters of Battle is female exclusive? Girl Guards need more exposure btw they are hot as fuck I wanna be molested by one.

Giant technology is roughly your standard medieval fantasy fare. The people used to be fairly advanced (think 1900's to 1940's modern type things), but have only really managed to hold on to the military type technology after the confluence to survive against the elements and the giant incursions. Think Mad Max meets Middle Earth.

The setting is a medieval dark fantasy (around 1400'sish european) set a thousand or so years after a nuclear war that set civilization to the dark ages. Pretty much all scientific knowledge before the "great fire" has been lost, allthough the hyper advanced technology of the ancients still remains functional. Its a setting where dragons can fly and armor doesn't have to cover vital areas to be effective, I think most people's suspension of disbelief can cover the ridiculous notion of women fighting men, if they also accept the ridiculous notion of men fighting giants.
